Hello, this is Johnny Allen. I’d like to take a moment to thank everyone in Grayson County for welcoming our family and allowing us to serve you for the past 60 wonderful years. As I’ve shared with my employees, all good things have a beginning and an end—and now, it’s time for me to retire and pass the company on to new leadership. Making this decision wasn’t easy; it was heartfelt and emotional. We had several companies interested in taking over, and after careful thought, we narrowed it down to three. Throughout the years, our family’s guiding principle has always been, “Treat others the way you’d want to be treated.” That’s why I’m excited to announce Billy Blackburn of Blackburn Plumbing, Heating, Electrical & HVAC—a family business with the same values and ethics we’ve held dear—will be leading the company into its next chapter. Billy and his team will be keeping all of our wonderful employees, including my daughter, sister, and nephew. If you know me well, you know family is everything to me. I wouldn’t entrust my loved ones, our team, or our customers to anyone I didn’t have complete faith in. Over the years, our employees and customers have become like friends and family, and while I’ll miss seeing you as often, I’m grateful for every moment we’ve shared. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for letting us be part of your lives for the past 60 years.

Hello, my name is Gary Manos. I am the previous owner of Humphrey‘s plumbing heating and air. A few years back I had a young man come into my business and approached me about buying my business. I have owned an operated Humphrey Plumbing heating and air for the last 45 years. I did not have my business listed to sell nor had I thought about it when Mr. Blackburn approached me I ask you why are you looking at my business? He told me because of your Google reviews I didn’t even know I had Google reviews talk to my wife about what Mr. Blackburn said, and she said I really need to sit out and listen to what he got to say. We discussed how he was gonna run the business. Was he going to keep my employees and what he had to offer and his business plan sounded very different from what I had been doing. I checked Mr. Blackburn out and checked his businesses out that he already owned and he turned out to be a successful businessman. We negotiated a deal and he brought me out. I’ve kept Perry close track of how the businesses being run and the young man is doing very well my customers seem to be very happy with him and the way he operates his business. The business has grown since he has taken over by a police are very happy with his business plan and he’s doing very well here in Mcalester, Oklahoma, which makes me proud. I built that business at the 45 years I own it. He is even building it bigger. He’s a man of his word he has integrity. He has stood behind my warranties. No questions asked, he has just taken the business that I owned to newer Heights, and I’m enjoying retirement, I wish him much more success in the future and I proud that I made that move. He is carrying on my dream and wishes.
