Check on issue with not cooling Turned unit on and found indoor running but outdoor not running fan only compressor. Checked electrical and found all to be good except fan motor reading bad windings. Replaced motor with new approved by customer. Turned unit back on and made sure system ran good. Unit running good again and system cooling house properly
Found kitchen faucet leaking and dripping under sink. Replaced faucet and had no further leaks. Found bathroom sinks were clogged and slow draining. Ran hand held sewer machine approx 5' from sink drain and broke up blockage consisting of rust and hair
