Fixture Repair
Replaced whole house shut off valve.
Clean and check 2 ac units found both unit were low on Freon R410a and R22. Well as thermostat wire faulty ran new thermostat 18/8 system all up and running, added Freon to both units and flush drain and wash condensers. Also quoted a 2 Zone hyper heat Mitsubishi mini split head unit size 9000 btu outdoor 20000 btu. Total cost $7800.00
dig up and install a cleanout . Canceled on arrival customer and I was not aware that tank was against house.
Dug down found junction box with broken lid, lateral lines not draining. I called cd services and they are scheduling apt. To replace tank and laterals.customer is then calling us back to install clean out.
Toilets flushing great at time of us on site. Customer wants us to schedule time to install clean out . Price will be estimated around 600.00
