This company is the greatest!. Had a new A/C unit installed this summer and they were extremely efficient. They shopped around until they found a price I could live with and the door to my unit was too narrow so they had to remove the door and facings. I was concerned I might have to replace the facings but they were so careful and were able to use the original ones. That's way above and beyond what many businesses would do!. I worked with Thomas the last two days and very appreciative for his service. We identified and resolved two issues that appear to be from the initial EMS installation years ago with another vendor. He also helped to identify and label our units and thermostats to help troubleshooting within the EMS portal and in person much easier. Diamond and Brandon came out and gave an estimate to replace an existing 1970s system within two days of calling. Diamond and Brandon called to verify the appointment, arrived on time, and provided the estimate the same day.The unit was installed the next week following a holiday weekend. Again, Diamond and Brandon called to verify the appointment and arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional. Services were performed as expected at the estimated cost, including an unexpected electrical issue. The home and yard were clean when the installation was complete. Door frames that had to be removed during the installation looked like they had not been touched. Brandon and Diamond took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was knowledgeable about the unit and the suggested maintenance schedule. One week later and the unit is perfoming well. Was really impressed with the professionalism and service. Because of their excellent service I will be trying the Humphrey's plumbing as well.
