The 1st time to help diagnose & eliminate source of sewer gas coming into house, the 2nd was to install proper sized drain pipe and P trap for washing machine drain line. We are slowly bring the place up to acceptable standards- he is always professional, on time, honest about what I need and work is done at fair price. I will always ask for him going forward.
